The eCAN Plus JA, a EU co-funded project that aims to bring the benefits of digital health to all citizens, patients and health care professionals to improve cancer prevention and care across Europe.

The goal is to pave the way for building up the digital capacities of cancer centres while addressing disparities between Western and Eastern European countries.

The eHealthLab team, will be part of this initiative and will be leading Work Package 8. This work package is about Capacity Building for Effective Telemonitoring and Patient Follow-up.

The mission is to strengthen digital capabilities and ensure effective, sustainable telemonitoring and follow-up care, tackling health inequalities and promoting better outcomes for all patients across the EU.
