COMFORTAGE is a joint effort of medical experts, social scientists and humanists, technical experts and Digital Innovation Hubs to establish a pan European framework for Community-based, Integrated and People-Centric prevention, monitoring and progression managing solutions for age-related diseases and disabilities.
